Notice to Visitors
- Information regarding this exhibition is subject to change without prior notice. Check the official website and official X account for the latest updates and important announcements before your visit.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- Persons entering with a child ticket may be asked to show identification.
- The organizer assumes no responsibility for any accidents or incidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions or the posted rules and guidelines.
- The organizer will not be held responsible for any theft, misplacement or loss, etc. Please take care of your own of personal belongings, including luggage and valuables.
- Please refrain from running inside the venue or facilities as it is not only disturbing to other visitors but also very dangerous.
- The exhibition may be canceled without notice due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents or technical issues. Some of the exhibition contents may also change without prior notice.
- The exhibition may be covered by the media during the exhibition period. Photopraphs or video footage of the exhibition may be published or broadcasted by media outlets or social media sites.
- Suitcases, strollers, and large luggage are not permitted inside the venue.
- Admission to and entry into the venue in cosplay or attire that may inconvenience other visitors is not permitted. Please note that there are no changing rooms or cloakroom facilities available at the venue.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other visitors. In the event you fail to comply with the instructions from staff, we may have no choice but to request for you to vacate the premises. No refund will be given for the ticket price in such instances.
- A security check of your belongings may be performed at the time of admission.
- There are no restrooms inside the venue.
- Pets are not permitted inside the venue.
Regarding Purchase of Tickets
- All tickets are sold for fixed dates and times.
- You may apply for up to four tickets per transaction during the advance ticket lottery.
- You may enter at any time within the designated time slot you purchased. However, to reduce congestion, admission will proceed according to the “assembly time” indicated on your ticket. (The assembly time is on the hour for admission category “A” and at 30 minutes past the hour for admission category “B.”) Thank you for your cooperation.
- You may be denied admission if you are late for the designated time slot you purchased. No refunds on your ticket will be given in such cases.
- Visitors may be requested to wait before entering the exhibition venue regardless of the designated time slot purchased due to overcrowding.
- No changes will be accepted, including change of date, time, or ticket type, once your ticket has been issued, nor will refunds or reissuance of tickets be given under any circumstances (including loss, theft, or damage).
- Tickets are non-refundable even in the event of natural disasters or any subsequent disruptions in public transportation services, as long as this exhibition is in operation.
- Tickets are deemed invalid if ticket stub has been damaged.
- Resales or transfers of tickets are strictly prohibited.
- Visitors who hold a physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or mental disability certificate are also required to purchase a ticket. However, one person over the age of 18 may be permitted free admission as a “caregiver” to assist one visitor who holds both a disability certificate and a valid ticket.
If a caregiver accompanies the visitor, the visitor with the disability certificate must present both the purchased ticket and the certificate to staff at the time of admission. The caregiver is not required to purchase a ticket. However, caregivers may not purchase products at the official merchandise shop. Thank you for your understanding.
- Group discounts, senior discounts, disability discounts, and other discount programs are not available.
- One pre-school aged child will be permitted free admission when accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian over 18 years of age. In case of two or more preschool aged children, please purchase a child ticket for those exceeding the number permitted for free admission.
Regarding “Framed Pin Set Featuring Package Art from Notable Titles in the Franchise”
- Holders of a “Ticket with Exclusive Bonus Item” will receive one exclusive bonus item per ticket.
- To redeem the exclusive bonus item, holders of electronic tickets must present the exclusive bonus item redemption screen, while holders of paper tickets must present the unused bonus-item stub. The exclusive bonus item cannot be sent by mail. Please be sure to collect it at the venue on the day of your visit.
- Your right to redeem the exclusive bonus item will be forfeited if you are unable to attend the event for any reason, and no refunds will be made in such cases.
- The exclusive bonus item cannot be exchanged unless it has an initial defect.
- The exclusive bonus item may only be redeemed by the ticket holder and cannot be redeemed by another person on their behalf.
General Guidelines
- The game titles featured in this exhibition include titles rated “D (Ages 17 and Up)” and “Z (Ages 18 and Up Only)” under the CERO rating system.
Although the exhibition itself is open to visitors of all ages, some exhibits contain violent content, depictions of blood, horror elements, and potentially disturbing imagery. Young children and visitors who are sensitive to such content are advised to exercise caution. Please be aware of this before visiting.
- Photography, including stills and video, is permitted with cell phones and smartphones only, in all areas of the exhibition except for “THE WORLD OF RESIDENT EVIL THEATER” and the “Official Merchandise Shop.” Please refrain from using digital cameras or other photography equipment. Use of flash, selfie sticks, tripods, or any other photographic aids is also prohibited. Please be considerate of those around you and follow staff instructions when taking photos or videos.
- *For safety reasons, we may ask you to refrain from taking photos when the venue is crowded.
- *Publication of photos that include other visitors or staff without consent may violate portrait rights.
- *Taking photos for commercial or profit-making purposes is strictly prohibited.
- *The organizers will not be held responsible for any use of images taken by visitors.
- Please set your cell phones and smartphones to silent mode and refrain from using them inside the exhibition venue for any purposes with the exception of taking photos in the exhibition area and making a payment at the official merchandise shop.
- Please do not touch the exhibits or display stands, except for designated interactive exhibits.
- After experiencing "THE WORLD OF RESIDENT EVIl THEATER," you are free to explore the exhibition area at your own pace.
- *During busy periods, please follow the instructions of the staff.
- Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition venue.
